Merry Christmas to all!

I cannot open the videos by using chrome, firefox or edge. I showed error 1003, 1004. Sometimes only played around one minute then error. Anybody has some good suggestions on how to tackle it?

Are you downloading the videos to your computer? Try that and play them with VLC media player.
